Last night I went to a screening of a new film called Thank You For Smoking. I'm sure you've seen the trailers for it. The premise is that it's about a guy named Nick Naylor, player by the always handsome Aaron Eckhart, who's a lobbyist for the tobacco industry. He's got a kid and an ex-wife and all sorts of moral dilemmas, but the guy is smart and charming enough to talk himself out of pretty much any situation.
Anyhoo, it's a great film. Go see it when it comes out.
In other good news, Death Cab for Cutie and Franz Ferdinand will be touring together this spring. Go get 'em.
