Grrr.
Today there was a huge power outtage on the street of the house that I am watching. Power and interweb were down ALL DAY.
That said, if you are an editor that I owe work to...sorry! I meant to hunker down and knock 80% of it out but with no power, cell phone or internet, I was more or less screwed. The internet still isn't working quite right, but I'll try to sort that out.
Just please don't kill me. I can't leave the burden of my student loans to my family.
In other news, I almost bought a $400 dress today at BCBG over in the Wesport shopping district. (You know the one, by the river.) It was one of those hot, red halter numbers that seem to have been made for me and would have been great for Julie's wedding in October. However, it was $400 and I believe firmly in sales. (BCBG is always good for that.)
Still, it was perfect.
Tomorrow night is the BBQ. Call me if you want to swing by. Admittance is by six-pack only. ;-)
