I just started an 11-hour shift at work, so I'm going to be here for a while. (Actually, I'm one hour and 20 minutes into it.) Feel free to e-mail me sometime today with anything that might amuse. Do you have photos from any of the events over the past weeks? I would love to see them. Maybe I will even post them.
My plans for the week-end are equally tame. More work tomorrow and on Sunday I plan to buy a new laptop and iPod. For those of you keeping track, that's the third iPod of the year. Yes, I abuse things, particurally electronics.
I should add that this is the first week-end in a long time that doesn't have me putting on a nice skirt to fete someone's nuptuals or on a train headed for some other state. So maybe a week-end in town will be fun. I should get to dance class. It's been a while since I did a triple time step.
OK, there are alarms going off over here. Does anything work in this building? Even the elevators have been down since last year's Republican Convention.
